Upon receipt of the application, our internal recruitment team will conduct a thorough review of the candidate’s resume in relation to the role’s requirements. Should the profile meet the necessary criteria, the candidate will be contacted for further steps, which may include additional questions or online assessments, depending on the nature of the role.
Interviews are structured to be both professional and engaging, providing an opportunity for mutual understanding. Depending on the role and location, interviews may be conducted virtually or in person. During this stage, we will explore the candidate’s experience, competencies, and motivation, while also offering insights into the team, the role, and the organizational culture at Lloyds Technology Centre.
Successful candidates will initially receive a verbal offer, followed by a formal offer letter issued through our recruitment system. Guidance will be provided regarding the next steps, including the submission of documents required for background verification.
Following acceptance of the offer, our background verification partner will initiate contact to collect necessary documentation, such as proof of identity and address. A comprehensive background check will then be conducted to ensure compliance with our hiring standards
Upon successful completion of the background verification, the candidate’s official start date will be confirmed. Detailed onboarding instructions will be provided to ensure a smooth and well-prepared transition into the organization.
The onboarding journey begins with a structured induction program. New joiners will be introduced to their team, the company’s values, culture, and strategic objectives. The program will also cover key functional areas such as Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data, and provide a comprehensive overview of the individual’s role.
All necessary tools and equipment will be provided to facilitate a seamless start.
